Chili as Yogini

I am a wife, mother, friend, student, and teacher.  I started practicing yoga as an instructor in 2001 when I took a training session at my health club through YogaFit, and I’ve been constantly learning and changing and growing ever since.

While my background is primarily in fitness-based practices, I have been consistently expanding my training and investigating new philosophies and practices to include all eight limbs of classical yoga.  I completed a 200 hour intensive training session in June and am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance.

I teach yoga in health club, studio, and private environments.  I volunteer my services to schools, and I offer workshops in meditation and breath work in medical settings.  I continue to grow and change as a result of my practice, and my dearest wish is that I can help someone else along their path.
